Product Description
495 is a fast curing instant adhesive designed for the assembly of difficult-to-bond materials requiring uniform stress distribution and high tensile and/or shear strength. The product provides for the rapid bonding of a wide range of materials, including metals, plastics and elastomers. 401 is also suited to bonding porous materials such as wood, paper, leather and fabric. Perfect for all quick repairs and all types of small emergency repairs.

Application
Can be used for high-speed bonding of various materials, especially suitable for use in the wood industry
For tight and porous materials such as rubber, metal, plastic, wood, etc., the strongest bonding effect can be achieved
Usage
1. First, clean the bonding surface to remove dust, oil stains, rust, etc. It is best to polish before bonding metal, and the surface of plastics such as PE, PP, or PTEE should be activated first.
2. After opening the can, it can be used without stirring to avoid stirring the air and forming bubbles, which may cause defects in
the bonding surface. Open the front cover, tap the tip lightly with your fingers to remove any residue, and then cut a small hole with scissors.
3. Drop a small droplet of adhesive on the surface to be bonded, immediately bond it, and keep it until it hardens. The bonding area should not be too large, and the thickness of the bonding layer should not exceed 0.2mm. When bonding, apply the adhesive to one side first, and then stick the other side.
4. After use, wipe the container clean, cover it with a lid, and store it in a cool, dry place or refrigerated.
Preventive measures
1. The vapor of this adhesive can irritate the mucous membranes and eyes.
2. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. If accidentally touched, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention. When cleaning the eyes, dilute sodium bicarbonate solution can be used.
